That depends on your insurance plan. Some families have full coverage while others may have deductibles or co-pays. We'll explain any expected costs before your visit.
With more than 17 years of experience supporting thousands of families, we believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to parenting. Every baby, every feeding journey, and every family is unique. Our recommendations are evidence-based, practical, and tailored specifically to your goals—not judgment or unrealistic expectations.
IBCLC stands for International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. An IBCLC is a healthcare professional who specializes in the clinical management of breastfeeding and lactation. IBCLCs support families in hospitals, pediatric practices, community settings, private offices and clients’ homes.
Absolutely not.
Tiny New Yorkers supports breastfeeding, pumping, bottle-feeding, combination feeding and formula-feeding families. The goal is not to pressure you into one “right” way to feed your baby. The goal is to understand what matters to you and create a realistic plan that supports your baby’s health and your family’s well-being.

Yes. Pumping and flange fitting are Tiny New Yorkers specialties.
A consultation can include reviewing flange fit, pump settings, comfort, output, pumping frequency and your overall schedule. Better fit and technique can make pumping more comfortable and efficient.
