Pregnancy and Lactation Support

Each pregnancy should be filled with joy, excitement and utter anticipation of the new version of your life that's ahead. If you are struggling with feeling prepared, We can help. We'll get you ready for delivery day by discussing specific birth day care plans, packing your hospital bag, what you really need those first few days home and much more. We'll also give you a heads up on what to look out for and how to navigate discussions with your doctor and birth team to ensure that you have a satisfying delivery experience.

Breastfeeding should NOT hurt, it isn't always as easy, and it should never be a struggle. From your baby's birth day until the day that you start weaning, I'll be with you every step of the way. We can work on latch, timing, pumping, and all the other good stuff that goes along with feeding your baby. Bottles and formulas aren't off the table either. My goal is to support you on your feeding adventure no matter what type of support you need.

As the author of "The Newborn Twins Sleep Guide" I know how critical sleep support for your newborns is. It's essential for their development and your well-being. Proper guidance helps establish healthy sleep routines, ensuring better rest for both baby and parents. Quality sleep promotes cognitive, emotional, and physical growth, fostering a harmonious family dynamic. If you're having more nights awake than asleep, I can help.
"Nat is truly the baby whisperer! I’ve never felt more seen, heard, or supported - especially at a time when I needed that care and validation most being postpartum. I trust her guidance for myself and my little one beyond any other professional and feel truly lucky to have met her and been able to work with her over these past several months!"
"Natalie was so supportive and helpful in such a challenging and vulnerable time for me. I was struggling to nurse when my baby was just a few days old. This was such an emotionally raw and vulnerable time for me, and Nat defused the stress and tension I was feeling with her positive energy and confident experience. I was skeptical that a video call could help me so much, but Nat is truly an expert— within just a day or two, I was successfully nursing my newborn, and in less than a week, my baby and I were pros. All the while, she checked in with me, made sure I was doing okay and was set up with the equipment I needed (including a better pump for when I needed to pump), and helped me with my milk supply. I’m so, so grateful to her and would highly recommend."
"I have been working with Nat since the birth of my son, who is now 5 months old. She has guided me through breastfeeding, pumping, bottle refusal and combo feeding with compassion, positivity, and expertise. She has been a major source of support through my postpartum journey. She also hosts a weekly moms group which has been an amazing resource for education and meeting other moms. I highly recommend her!"
We love Nat! She has been such a great help and support system as we navigate the newborn stage. She has such a great energy and I am so glad to have found her. She’s not super pushy like the lactation consultants at the hospital, she just genuinely cares about everyone’s well being and supports whatever will work for our family.
Natalie is your breastfeeding and postpartum support fairy godmother. After less than stellar experiences with hospital lactation consultants, I met with her in tears as a last-ditch effort to try and breastfeed, fully expecting I wouldn't be able to. She immediately put me, my husband, and baby at ease, and thanks to her support, we're going on six months of breastfeeding! She helped us navigate early weight gain and latch issues, resolved serious pain while feeding, and even built a pumping schedule for my return to work. The difference in care between her and other LCs is astronomical. She has a wealth of knowledge about all things baby-related and her comforting, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental style is a breath of fresh air in the new-mom space. Natalie is quite literally the reason I was able to successfully breastfeed and I'm forever grateful for her support.
I met with Natalie two weeks after my newborn was born. I really appreciated working with her because she was so approachable and more realistic than other lactation consultants - she gave me confidence that I was doing great instead of making me feel like not everything was perfect. We talked through everything from breastfeeding to pumping to bottlefeeding and my specific supply needs, and it was all captured in a care plan that I could consult after. Highly recommend working with Natalie for lactation support!
