From Healthcare.gov "Health insurance plans must provide breastfeeding support, counseling, and equipment for the duration of breastfeeding. These services may be provided before and after birth."

While Natalie Diaz is NOT in network with any insurance companies, we do provide not only an itemized receipt, but a "superbill" which is specifically coded with a procedure and diagnostic code. Typically clients get some, if not all, reimbursement from their insurance carrier. We can't guarantee coverage, however, we know that even when insurance companies flat out refused reimbursement at first, many come around. If you run into any specific issues, please reach out to Natalie directly and she'll see what she can do. 

Natalie Diaz loves providing in-home lactation support for many of NYC's tiniest New Yorker's! An in-home visit typically lasts 2+ hours and covers both "at the tap" breastfeeding support as well as pumping guidance in the comfort of your own surroundings using your own pillows etc. Since we are in your home, we can discuss what products you have on hand and how to most effectively use them. We can even work on many different positions, like side-lying since your bed is nearby. 

Home visits give us a chance to dig into your feeding experience so far in addition to what your goals (long and short term) are and how she can ultimately create a successful care plan created specifically for you and your family. 

Home visits start at $375 (but may incur a travel fee depending on the area. Nat will travel to any borough, NJ and even some parts of CT.

Office visits are 45 minutes and we can cover one or two items from the list at the start of this page. Please book an appointment closest to your baby's feeding time so we can potentially preform a weighted feed.If you are seeing one of the PANYC doctors, please call the PANYC office directly and they can schedule both appointments for you.
